Hometown gal! Kathy came into the world inside a small farmhouse in North Glenmore. The 4th of 6 children, it was a busy home. Some very fond memories of treehouses, farm animals and living next door to family. Never a dull moment.
Fast forward to today with a beautiful family of her own. Children, grandchildren and loads of memories. Reverting to her farm roots, an afternoon ride on the John Deere tractor is a highlight in the busy world around her. Gardening, chasing the deer away from the flowers, watching the squirrels scoot from one tree to another and kicking a ball with the grandbabies bring the “relax” into “busy”.
Kathy achieved her Real Estate license in 2004 with high marks. A natural fit for someone who has always loved investing and acquiring real estate. Owning her first home at the age of 21, there was no looking back. Shoes and purses have never been her thing. A day of shopping would involve something much bigger.
Home decorating has taken on its’ own life with this gal. The natural eye to place and visualize what looks good and where it should go in a room is an adrenaline rush for Kathy. A simple coat of paint, treasures found thrifting or perhaps an antique or two brings everything together.

Helping others as they navigate the real estate world to acquire, liquidate or downsize is something Kathy enjoys. Each age group has a unique desire and goal, and she is there to help. Going the extra mile when she can, she will. Surprising clients by picking up a shovel, paint brush, moving boxes loaded into her truck or a big hug when needed. She understands that moving can be a stressful time and stives to make it as easy as possible where she can.
