Who exactly is Debra?
Debra is dedicated to ensuring her clients experience their home purchase or sale, with ‘Ease and Joy!’ Debra is one of those ‘happy’ types who is lucky to be detailed and organized too.
She loves the easy Okanagan lifestyle especially the long sunny days of summertime. After growing up in ‘small town’ Kelowna she ventured off to Edmonton, AB, where she lived for a few years.
In the summer of 1993 Debra moved to Cabo San Lucas escaping the cold winters for a one-year adventure in paradise. With her three young children in tow, the sleepy little fishing village was warm and life by the Sea took ahold of her soul. Without TV and only two little Telephone centers in town, the simple life was perfect. Some 20 years later her ‘one’ year adventure was still ongoing and there is no other place she would rather be … except here in the Okanagan!
Debra has experienced first hand what happens to real estate values when the outside world discovers the untouched beauty of a small ocean side village and seen the coastline develop with world-class golf courses, luxury resorts and privately gated communities. Sound familiar? Yes, very similar to our beautiful Okanagan valley.
What does Debra do?
Golfing Sunset Ranch and skiing Big White fill her free time. Her favorite beaches are anywhere along Peachland’s Beach Avenue. Also, she is busy showing off the Okanagan valley to family and visitors, hiking or biking the Moyra Canyon trestles and wine tours in Naramata at Popular Grove.
Every summer Sunday she spends the day boating. She is committed to her little town of Peachland and volunteers for the ‘Peace Concerts’ sponsored by Rotary.
Fun Facts and Favorite Charities:
Daily walks, laughter and snuggles are provided by her little dog Bruce who arrived in her life 3 years ago through the OK Small Dog Rescue Society. Traveling adventures are a top priority with a long list of ‘must go’. Favorite spots include Ireland, Paris and London, New York city, Bali and Hawaii. OH … and she is a published writer for Lands End Magazine.
